Use of the Service
VisionMint Studio lets users create AI-generated images using credits. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for how you use or distribute generated outputs.
Prohibited Content
Do not use the service to create illegal, harmful, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, or infringing content. We may block prompts, remove content, suspend accounts, or refuse service when necessary.
Credits and Availability
Credits are consumed when generation requests are submitted. If a generation fails due to a service error, the system may automatically refund the related credits. Availability depends on third-party services including OpenAI, Supabase, Stripe, Cloudflare, and Vercel.
Generated Images
You should review generated images before commercial use. The service does not guarantee that outputs are unique, accurate, trademark-free, or suitable for any specific purpose.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
