Credit Purchases
Credit purchases are generally final once credits have been delivered to your account. This keeps abuse and duplicate use under control.
Failed Generations
If an image generation fails because of a service-side error, the platform may automatically return the credits for that request to your account.
Duplicate or Accidental Payments
If you believe a payment was duplicated or made in error, contact support with your Stripe receipt email and transaction details. Eligible cases may be refunded at the operator's discretion.
Abuse
Refunds may be refused when an account violates content rules, attempts payment abuse, or misuses the service.
